Yeah you can use "I plead the fifth" like in court or if your in some sort of trouble, so really yeah it is to be silent sorta, well to be silent until you get a lawyer, like, they can't make you talk, you have your right wow, i feel smart LOL

That's cool............. OMG we had this subsitute for a teacher and he was from England and this kid asked him to say, "Hello Governor." and he did and I laughed so hard *ahhhhhhh* it was so funny ;D ;D ;D

HAHAHA!! Soap Operas!! I love the dramatic close-ups for no reason just for "effect" *sighs* On Saturday Night Live they make fun of soaps and add dramatic effect, OMG it's Hilarious!!

Well it's hilarious!! So if should ever travel be sure to turn it to the Drama channel over here and watch for dramatic effect
